On September 9, the Chicago Bears found themselves in need of a special teams boost against the Tennessee Titans, and Jonathan Owens, Simone Biles’ husband, delivered in a big way. The Bears blocked a punt, and Owens was right there to recover it, returning it for a touchdown. Biles, watching anxiously, shared her excitement on social media, posting “my heart” when the play unfolded.

After the extra point, the Bears still trailed 17-10, but the moment was electric. Biles later posted a video of the play on X, adding, “I ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK,” capturing the intense thrill of watching her husband make such a big play.
