Linebacker Kyle Van Noy joined the Baltimore Ravens only this year, and he has already started making waves. Indeed, he was signed on September 27, 2023, with the practice squad. And three days later, he finally moved from the sidelines onto the gridiron. With eight more games left before the postseason, how many more numbers will he add to his record?

Kyle Van Noy soars high after joining the Purple Pain

Speaking to an excited Pat McAfee, who had just flashed his incredible stats on the screen, Van Noy said he managed to stun his doubters. He said he channeled his inner DJ Khaled and just said: “They didn’t believe in us, but God did!” Coming into the Ravens as a 32-year-old, not many thought he would amount to anything great. “They see a 32-year-old guy, and they think he’s probably washed.” But the numbers tell a different story.

In just the last six games, he has recorded 1 forced fumble, 5 sacks, and 20 QB pressures! How’s that for a “washed” guy? Van Noy recommended watching films to truly understand players’ potential instead of relying on superficial factors. He has promised that going forward, we will get to see more of him.
